For over 30 years of being at the top in the Cocoa industry in Cameroon, Telcar Cocoa has been aiming to create dynamic change in cocoa-producing communities by reaching a large number of farmers and community members, thus contributing to economic development and job creation within these communities.
Telcar Cocoa's Sustainability team has offered training and support to over 60,000 farmers in the field. Our Sustainability program have recruited 835 people, which has improved the economic and social welfare of approximately 10,000 families based on the average family size in Africa of 6 persons per household.
