Gender Project

At Telcar Cocoa Ltd, we recognize the vital role that women play in agriculture and the economy. To empower women in our communities, we have launched an initiative to distribute cassava-grinding machines to various women's groups, enabling them to transform cassava into valuable marketable by-products. 

To date, we have successfully added over 30 cassava-grinding machines and 5 solar dryers to this initiative. These tools not only enhance productivity but also provide women with the means to generate income and improve their livelihoods.

By equipping women with the necessary resources and skills, we are fostering economic independence and encouraging sustainable practices within the agricultural sector.
